As a Personal Trainer my philosophy is simple: you don't need to train to be the strongest, fastest or greatest competitor. You may be experienced in combat sports or you may have never even stepped into a gym before this day. But you can train to be as good as you can be. You can vow to be true to your body and your spirit. And in doing so, you can find health, confidence, creativity and happiness. My program is designed to take my clients to the next level by combining the progressive training techniques with submission wrestling and traditional martial arts.
So you may be thinking, "ok, so what's with the motorcycle"? The answer is simple: I love the feeling I get riding a motorcycle – the freedom, the individuality and the possibility of what lies ahead. That is why I chose it as a metaphor for life and training - it's never too late to start down a new road.
