Training for fitness and health, like Martial Arts, is a journey without an end. As cliched as it may sound, the challenge and the reward are in the journey itself.
Many of us devote a great deal of our energy to our careers. In doing so, we often neglect our mind, body and spirit. As we get older, symptoms of an imbalanced life begin to present themselves in our body. Weight management problems, disrupted sleep patterns, ongoing fatigue, chronic pain, stress and depression are common afflictions of an imbalanced life. Stress and exhaustion rob us of freedom, happiness and creativity.
My integrated training program is customized for each client and is designed to meet the goals and conditioning needs of my client. Some clients enjoy boot-camp oriented training, while others enjoy more traditional programs. Some clients enjoy the conditioning benefits of submission grappling and sparring, preferring to concentrate on developing ground fight techniques. Whichever your preference, I can work with you to keep you motivated, challenged and feeling healthy.
